• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

• You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan through your account settings. Changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.
d. Termination
• You may cancel your subscription anytime, but you will not receive a prorated refund for the current billing cycle.
4. Use of Services
a. Delivery Guidelines
• Handitova provides same-day delivery for eligible items, including perishables, as long as the delivery meets our guidelines.
• Prohibited items include hazardous materials, illegal goods, and firearms.
b. Business Conduct
• Subscribers must ensure that items for delivery are properly packaged and labeled. Handitova is not liable for damage due to inadequate packaging.
5. Pricing and Payment
a. Fees
• Subscription fees cover platform access, delivery scheduling, and service features. Additional charges may apply for extra services.
b. Late Payments
• Failure to pay subscription fees may result in account suspension or termination.
c. Taxes
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, designs, and software, is the property of Handitova. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Handitova is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic).
• Loss or damage to improperly packaged items.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handitova’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination of Services
Handitova reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to services for violations of these T&Cs or misuse of the platform.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.
10. Governing Law
